Debates and consultations are some of the pillars that underpin a democratic society and through which our voice can be heard, that is why the members of the local initiative groups from Crucea, Moțca, Pietriș and Zece Prăjini have taken the first steps to put the voice of the Roma on the agenda of the decision-makers.
On December 7th, the members of the local initiative groups together with other organizations from the non-governmental sector took part in the public debates organized in Iasi, which were also attended by representatives of local public institutions, in order to put the needs, interests and desires of the Roma community in Iași County in the county development strategy / local development strategies.
We are very proud of the success of the local initiative groups and we wish them success in achieving the goals set for the benefit of their communites.
