On February 24th, within the Institution of the Prefect of Braila County took place the Closing Conference of the project "We can do more Together".

Exchange of experience – experts and Roma leaders",Exchange of experience – experts and Roma leaders", attended by Roma experts and leaders from Buzău and Galați counties.During this meeting, two visits took place: one in the village of Însurăței and the other in Șuţeşti.

On February 3rd and 4th, in Făgăraș, the first exchange of experience took place between the Local Initiative Groups and the Roma experts/leaders.

This year's Children's Day was about drawings on asphalt, drone games, face paintings, cakes and sweet surprises for children from Șuțești, Brăila County. The activities enjoyed by the approximately 350 children of the commune were organized by the mayor's office, together with the Local Initiative Group, Șuțești.

During the weekend of 7th -8th of May in Brăila, we held the course "Public Policies for Roma", the last training course, organized in partnership with the Danrom Faurei Association.

At the end of March, the members of the Local Initiative Groups from Brăila, Brașov and Iași had their second training session. The attendees second meetings focused, in particular, on writing projects and the first steps leading up to their implementation.

The 20th of February marked the 166th anniversary of the abolition of Roma slavery, so the Local Initiative Groups from Brăila County organized several events to mark this part of our history. For the first time, eight such celebrations took place in the county.
