At the level of each school, a student group of about 10 people was organized, who identified resource persons at the local level who would be role models for other members of the community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This identification was made based on a methodology, and each school model identification team identified at least 4 models (the recommendation being that at least 2 should be about people of Roma ethnicity). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterwards, each team chose 3 of the 4 patterns identified at the community level to build a story based on the information they had. The role of these stories is to convey to other families, be they students or parents, that everyone can get where they want if they study or put in enough effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stories collected from this activity were integrated into a booklet, Booklet of successful models<\/em>, through which we wanted to inspire people young and old with true stories about those who can be our friends, neighbors, colleagues or even family.
