During the weekend of November 5th \u2013 6th,<\/strong> 30 people gathered in Buz\u0103u to learn how to become true representatives of their community and take part in the change. After the success of the sessions in Boto\u0219ani and Bra\u0219ov, the participants of the 2nd training module focused on 4 important pillars for the development of their community, especially in communicating and negotiating with public and private institutions,<\/strong>namely:
\u2022 Effective methods and techniques of communication and promotion
\u2022 Public speaking
\u2022 Creating fundraising and advocacy campaigns
\u2022 Negotiation techniques<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to the first actions taken by the participants in their communities!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dup\u0103 succesul sesiunilor din Boto\u0219ani \u0219i Bra\u0219ov, participan\u021bii modului 2 de preg\u0103tire s-au focusat pe 4 paliere importante pentru dezvoltare comunit\u0103\u021bii lor, cu prec\u0103dere \u00een comunicarea \u0219i negocierea cu institu\u021biile publice \u0219i private, \u0219i anume:\u2022 Metode \u0219i tehnici eficiente de comunicare \u0219i promovare\u2022 Public speaking\u2022 Creare de campanii de fundraising \u0219i advocacy\u2022 Tehnici de negociere A\u0219tept\u0103m cu ner\u0103bdare primele ac\u021biuni realizate de participan\u021bi \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile lor!
