Founding local initiative groups<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Each of the 3 partners hired a local facilitator responsible for the county: C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i, Br\u0103ila and Constan\u021ba. The activities in the first part of the community facilitation process consist of actions to prepare the intervention, the tasks of the facilitators being to get to know the communities and then to analyse their initial stage at the beginning of the process, the objective being: to support the Roma communities in the self-organization process - identifying and prioritizing one's own needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining the community is one of the most important phases of the process, a stage in which the facilitator knows the community, contacts the stakeholders, makes the first visit from door to door.

Local Initiative Groups were established.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
